Two suspects in the vicious attack and stabbing in Owen Sound appear in court today.
Shawn Dyer and Cody Doherty will have bail hearings on several charges — including multiple counts of assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and robbery.
19 year old Blaine McEachern was denied bail in court yesterday on charges of assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, robbery and breach of probation.
He will appear in court again next Tuesday.
Owen Sound Police say they will not lay any hate crime charges in the case.
The 42 year old Toronto man — who was kicked, punched, beaten and stabbed in last Tuesday night’s attack — has been released from hospital.
