Plenty still open today in Bruce and Grey Counties, despite it being a holiday Monday for some.
Many department stores, grocery stores and other places will be operating on reduced hours on this Civic Holiday.
Of course tourist destinations are operating if you are looking for something to do.
There are also many events planned in Bruce County today, as the Bruce Peninsula Art Show continues, as well as Homecoming Celebrations in Lion’s Head.
There is a quilt show and sale in Paisley today, and the 70th Annual Village Fair in Wiarton is today too at the Harbour.

In Owen Sound, be prepared for a few road closures, as the Owen Sound Triathlon takes place, and the Canadian Junior Fastball Championships continue at Duncan McLellan Park.
There will be no mail delivery and banks are closed.
It’s best to call ahead before venturing out if you aren’t sure, so you aren’t disappointed.
