There’s now a name attached to the new Saugeen Shores Skate Park.
It will be called The Saugeen Shores Rotary Skate Park and it was unveiled at this morning’s ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The name is after the Saugeen Shores Rotary Club as they made a $50,000 donation to the skate park.
About 120 people were at the cermony for the unveiling of the new skate park located behind the municipal offices.
There’s a barbecue going on now that runs until 4 this afternoon.
