Bruce Power could be belching out power at full capacity down the road.
Community and Government Relations Manager Ross Lamont admits there is a possibility they could have all eight reactors in operation at one time.
Lamont says when Units 1 and 2 refurbishment is complete and if unit 3 and 4 refurbishment, if ultimately approved, then all units would be operational.
He says it full operation could create a problem.
Lamont says at times there could be more generation capacity than there is transmission capability.
He says if and when that happens — a deal is set between the province and Bruce Power where the Tiverton operation would receive a base price for that the energy that could not be transmitted.
