After a successful summer passport program, Explore the Bruce is launching a Christmas contest.
The Christmas Home Theme Photo Contest is open to all residents of Bruce County, and the world.
Spokesperson Brynn Ferenczy says they want everyone to get into the Christmas spirit, and that’s why they’re opening up the contest to the world.
She says all you have to do is take a picture of the outside of your home decorated for Christmas, and upload it to their Facebook fan page.
Any identifying numbers will be blurred out by the Explore the Bruce team.
If you already have decorations up, Ferenczy says to check your mailbox — they’ve left contest ballots for homes around the region they think have a good chance of winning the contest.
Ferenczy says the photos must be uploaded by midnight on Christmas Day and after that there will be a voting period.
She says anyone can go to the Facebook fan page between Boxing Day and New Years’ Eve and vote once for the house they like best.
