The Grey Paramedic Stuff the Ambulance event was a big success.
Paramedic Rick Trombley with the Grey County EMS says they managed to collect 34 hundred pounds — or 1.5 metric tonnes — of food on Saturday.
That’s enough to fill two ambulances.
Trombley adds they also collected over 13 hundred dollars in cash donations.
The donations will go to the Salvation Army.
