A fundraiser for Mission Zimbabwe has contributed thousands of dollars to the project.
The Harvest Dinner and Auction was held at Cedar Rail Camp near Chesley on Saturday and raised close to 15 thousand dollars.
About 230 people attended the fundraiser.
All proceeds will benefit the Village of Hope and Childrens’ Home in Zimbabwe.
The Mission Zimbabwe Project is planning to send a team of volunteers to the Village of Hope for two weeks in May next year.
