Owen Sound Police are continuing their investigation into thefts from at least four unlocked vehicles in the downtown core.
Those thefts happened on Remembrance Day between 11 AM and 1:30 PM.
It appears the suspect or suspects targeted unlocked vehicles — about the time of the Remembrance Day ceremony at the Cenotaph.
Items stolen included, a laptop computer, video games and gaming system, cell phone, athletic equipment, compact discs and other miscellaneous items.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Owen Sound Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
In all cases the victims had intentionally or inadvertently left their vehicle unlocked.
The Owen Sound Police is once again reminding vehicle owners and drivers to take the extra few seconds to ensure their vehicle is locked.
