Sometimes drunk drivers are too easy to catch.
A Bruce Peninsula OPP officer was about to leave the Tim Horton’s parking lot in Wiarton around 7 PM Thursday when a vehicle almost hit his cruiser.
Police say the other vehicle drove over the concrete median and just missed the cruiser.
The officer determined the driver had been drinking and took him to the detachment where he blew over the legal limit.
A 33 year old Bruce Township man now faces impaired driving charges.
