The Hanover and District Hospital is losing two key players.
Joanne MacKinnon and Vivien Niesen, the Hospital’s Nursing Care Patient Managers are retiring.
Vice President of Patient Care Services Reta Sproule admits it won’t be easy to find their replacements.
Sproule admits to lose one of the Hospital’s Patient Care Manager is difficult but to lose both of them at the same time is quite a hardship.
Sproule notes fortunately the Hospital has until the new year to find replacements.
The recruiting process has already begun and the hospital will be looking internally as well as externally to fill the positions.
Sproule notes both McKinnon and Niesen have given many years of exemplary service to the Hospital and they will be greatly missed.
