Bruce Grey Owen Sound MP Larry Miller got a close shave today.
The Conserative MP had his moustache shaved by Liberal Justin Trudeau at 9:30 AM in the House of Commons foyer.
Miller and Trudeau are kicking off Movember — the annual campaign designed to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer.
Each November — men are challenged to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache.
The moustache acts as their ribbon, the means by which men can raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer.
Much like the commitment to run or walk for charity, the commitment is to grow a moustache for 30 days.
Funds raised benefit Prostate Cancer Canada.
