Many people around our area will be heading to the polls or dropping off their ballots on Monday.
Voter turn out has so far been good out at the advance polls and with the ballots mailed in for Collingwood and Clearview Township.
So Bayshore Broadcasting News wanted to know why it’s important to you to vote in this municipal election.
Many people say they want change, while others say they can’t very well complain if they didn’t vote.
A couple of others say it’s always important to exercise your right to vote.
But there were a few people who tell us they aren’t voting; a couple because they just moved here and don’t know the issues or the candidates’ platforms.
Another person just didn’t feel it was important.
