Bruce Power has launched a new website dedicated to presenting the facts on their steam generator plan.
Spokesperson John Peevers says the site will provide easily accessible and verifiable information to those interested in the steam generator recycling plan.
Peevers says the idea is to show what other people say about the Bruce Power project which they’ve been trying to do all along.
He says the company believes once people see the facts as presented, they’ll agree that the recycling program just makes sense.
Peevers says the website which is on-line now, will be updated as more information becomes available.

Meanwhile, Peevers says the company is not giving up on a fall date to carry out their program but realize it’s in the hands of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
Should the company get approval and a fall date is too late, then the project would be carried out in the Spring.
Bruce Power wants to transport 16 hugh generators to Owen Sound harbour for shipping to Sweden for de-commissioning and ultimately recycling.
There has been a lot of opposition from around world.
