Grey County OPP have charged a Chatsworth man following a heated dispute in Desboro.
The incident happened around 7 PM last Friday.
Two men started arguing about stones that had been placed on an adjacent property.
The argument escalated with one of the men approaching the other in an aggressive manner while holding an axe.
Eventually both men were standing chest to chest with one man making threatening comments while the axe was raised up to the area of the victims face.
Grey County OPP responded and took a male suspect into custody.
The 33 year old man is facing weapons charges as well as uttering threats to cause bodily harm.
