You will notice some traffic tie-ups in Owen Sound today.
City Police officers will be directing traffic along 10th Street through out the day as new, large girders for the 9th Street bridge are moved to the site.
There is also a 45 tonne crane at the bridge site today — and it will install the new girders to the bridge.
City officials say the work on the 9th Street Bridge is going well and it’s slated to open by the first of December.
