You may have heard the song performed if you attended the Dancing for Life Event in Owen Sound in the Spring.
Geoff Stevens — a well known and local musician who has been diagnosed and undergoing treatment for Cancer — has written a song on battling the disease.
He first performed the song during the spring sold out shows at OSCVI.
Stevens — who is currently undergoing chemotherapy — is raising funds through downloads of his song for cancer research.
You can download the song for 5 dollars and to date Geoff has raised just shy of four-thousand dollars. ($3 995.00)
