As our Thanksgiving holiday approaches, many families will be giving thanks.
For some residents in Sauble Beach the Thanksgiving weekend will also be an opportunity for speaking out.
On Saturday — Mayor Gwen Gilbert invites everyone to a public meeting at Amabel Sauble Community School, to learn more about the Water and Sewer Works study.
Gilbert says residents will be given an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plan and Sewer project in Sauble Beach.
The mayor says there will be one session from 10 AM to Noon and a second session from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The public works department will be explaining a proposed solution to the 6.5 million dollar project.
Gilbert says they will have the results of public meeting held earlier in the summer on the issue.
