Look for some pretty intensive building activity at Connaught Park in Kincardine.
Town clerk Donna MacDougall says they have received permission from the province to hire a contractor with reduced securities.
MacDougall says Beisel Construction was given the 300-thousand dollar project which will see a new freestanding washroom facility plus improvements to the Agricultural Hall in the renovation of the washrooms and kitchen and the installation of automatic door openers on the main entrance.
Because the project is part of the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund Program, the work has to be done by next March.
Kincardine council approved the project Wednesday night.
