C-A-A offices in southern Ontario — which were facing a strike threat — will be open as usual today.
The strike was averted last night after the company and its unions reached a tentative agreement.
The two unions represent 128 travel agents, member service consultants and insurance agents at 14 C-A-A travel retail stores in the Toronto area, Barrie, Orillia, Oshawa, Sault Ste Marie, Simcoe and St. Thomas.
