Residents at Lake Rosalind and Marl Lake are still being urged to avoid using the water.
The Do Not Use Water Advisory remains in effect.
The Grey Bruce Health Unit says water samples taken last week still show the presence of blue green algae.
In fact — the toxic levels are higher.
The advisory was issued August 20th and residents are still being asked NOT to use the water.
That means do not drink, shower or swim in the water, don’t use it to wash clothes or dishes and don’t feed it to your pets.
And do not boil the water — because may release more toxins.
The advisory will remain in effect until water samples taken by the Ministry of Environment indicate that the lake water is safe — and that will be done next week.
