A Milverton woman is this year’s Canadian National Exhibition Ambassador of the Fairs.
Erika Riddell beat six other semi-finalists for the honour at the Ex on Sunday.
Erika represented the Milverton and District Agricultural Society.
She’s studying psychology at Wilfrid Laurier university in Waterloo and on graduation she plans to attend teachers college in Australia with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher.
Emily Burgess representing the Harriston and Minto Agricultural Society was first runner-up.
