Sick of potholes and loose pavement? let CAA know about it.
Their annual Worst Roads Campaign is underway. And this past Spring, 90 per cent of the CAA’s top 20 Worst Roads were slated for repairs.
CAA Spokesperson Fay Lyons says over 10 thousand people voted last year.
The CAA hopes to expand that number this year — especially considering municipal elections start in October.
Lyons says they work with all levels of government’s and it’s important for residents to let them know what local roads are in dire need of repair.
There’s also a new twist this year.
Because of all the government stimulus money spent on roads this year — Lyons says the CAA has included a section to vote for the best road in the Province.
Lyons made the announcement in Owen Sound on Tuesday as part of the Provincewide campaign.
