Grey skies and a bit of rain are no match for Summerfolk fans.
The 35th annual festival wraps up today at Kelso Beach Park in Owen Sound and so far thousands of people have taken it in.
After all is said and done – more than 50 musical acts will have been heard from, more than a dozen food booths raided and more than 40 artisans will have sold their unique goods.
Performances today start around 10:30 AM and again range in genre.
The last show starts around 9:20 PM and features “Delhi 2 Dublin”; who combine the traditional sounds of North India with those of Ireland.
Again today – the food and craft booths, workshops and children’s area will all be open – with musical entertainment on-going.
Officials with the Georgian Bay Folk Society are so far calling the event another success.
