A Grey County man who is charged with murder in an incident involving a tractor will be in Ontario Superior court next week for a bail hearing.
48 year old Laurie Porteus of Chatsworth township, is charged with second degree murder and attempted murder after two women where hit with a tractor July 2nd on a farm just north of Chatsworth.
His case goes before the Ontario Superior court on August 26th, and it will return to the Ontario Court of Justice September 30th.
Grey County OPP say two women were hit with a tractor last month.
26 year old Sareena Denesiuk of the Alliston area died following the incident.
A post mortem shows she suffered multiple internal injuries.
27 year old April Smith of Chatsworth Township was also injured but recovered.
Smith had a common law relationship with the accused.
