A preliminary hearing will continue for three men charged in a drive-by shooting in Hanover.
A hearing started this week in the case against 40 year old Dwight Robert Chambers, 19 year old Scott Pletch and 19 year old Michael Crocker.
They are charged with conspiracy to commit murder after an 18 year old Hanover man was struck by a bullet in November.
According to Police — He was not the intended victim.
The hearing will continue on Monday August 30th to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to proceed to a trial.
