Georgian Bluffs has unveiled its new website.
It had a website previously, but the new one has been streamlined and is much easier to navigate — and it’s located at www.georgianbluffs.on.ca.
It has a number of features on the home page, such as links to the upcoming municipal election, the township’s proposed official plan, fundraising for the Shallow Lake Community Centre and other pages.
There are sections for public notices and upcoming events, and there’s also a photo gallery filled with pictures taken in various places around the municipality.
CAO Bill White says visitors to the site can even increase the type size if necessary.
He notes Council wanted to update the site so that it looks more contemporary and provides as much information as possible to residents and also to visitors.
