There are more cooling centres in the region for people to beat the heat.
Owen Sound has opened the Library, the Bayshore Community Centre, and City Hall as public cooling centres.
The centres will be available during the regular business hours of each facility.
(Library 9 AM to 9 PM, City Hall 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Bayshore is variable depending on activities scheduled)
The Shallow Lake Community Church will also be open from 10 till 6 today.
Church officials may also be able to pick people up if they need a ride — by calling 519-935-2828.
You can also go to the libraries in Southampton and Port Elgin.
And in Kincardine — the Davidson Centre and library are open.
Gateway Haven in Wiarton is also being used as a cooling centre.
All cooling centres will have water available and they will be open for the duration of the heatwave.
Other opportunities across Grey Bruce include public buildings such as libraries, or other air-conditioned buildings such as malls or cinemas.

The Grey Bruce Health Unit says the current heat, humidity, and smog conditions heighten the risk of heat related illnesses including heat stress, heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
Smog episodes create eye irritation, respiratory symptoms such as coughing and shortness of breath and worsening of heart or lung conditions.
People who are experiencing physical distress because of the heat should seek medical attention.
