A 27 year old Chatsworth Township woman is in improving condition in a London hospital after being hit a tractor.
April Smith was one of two women who were hit by the tractor on a Chatsworth area farm last Friday.
Grey County OPP say the other woman — 26 year old Sareena Denesiuk of the Alliston area — died of her injuries.
A post mortem held Sunday said Densiuk died of multiple internal injuries.
48 year old Laurie Porteus of Chatsworth Township has been charged with second degree murder and attempted murder.
He’ll be in Owen Sound court Tuesday for a bail hearing.
OPP say the accused knew both women.
The surviving woman had a common-law relationship with the accused.
The investigation continues.
