A convicted sex offender is having a tough time finding somewhere to live in Owen Sound.
Police confirm 62 year old Glen Douglas Lee has moved into a third location.
Lee — who is described by Police as a high risk sex offender — has moved into the Victorious Living Centre in downtown Owen Sound on a short term basis.
Lee moved to Owen Sound on June 10th after serving a 21 month sentence for sexual assault involving young boys.
Lee moved from the Georgian Apartments south of Owen Sound to an apartment at 995 16th Street East — but has now moved into the downtown shelter.
Lee is described as being 5 foot 8 inches tall, about 236 pounds with blue eyes, shaven white hair and a scar on the left side of his face.
Lee remains on probation for the next 3 years — and is banned from public parks, schools, daycares, playgrounds and swimming areas — anywhere children under 16 are known to frequent.
Police say they will continue to provide updates on Lee’s whereabouts because their priority is the safety of the community.
