Canada’s longest day of golf is underway in Walkerton.
The 17th annual Longest Day of Golf is being held at the Walkerton Golf and Curling Club today.
All the proceeds go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
The Honourary Chairpersons this year – who have been touched by cancer in some way – are Raymond Beckberger, Sharon Harrison, Darlene Thompson, and Brian Walter.
The fundraiser is recognized as the biggest, longest-running golf day event in the country.
Tee off is at 5 AM and the tournament will continue until 7 PM.
