You can buy a coffee and help send a kid to camp today.
This is Camp Day at Tim Horton’s — where every cent from the sale of a coffee will help send less fortunate children to camp.
Last year — Camp Day at Tim Horton’s restaurants in Canada and the U-S raised more than 9.4 million dollars.
The Tim Horton Children’s Foundation will send more than 14 thousand children — who could otherwise not afford it — to camp this year.
There are six Tim Horton’s camps across Canada — including two in Ontario (Parry Sound and St. George).
Local Tim’s owners work with schools and groups to find kids between the ages of 9 and 12 to attend camp.
