MacGregor Point Provincial Park is going to be home to lots of bird watching and nature enthusiasts.
The 13th annual Huron Fringe Birding Festival begins this weekend.
Park Spokesperson Norah Toth says there will be plenty of hikes and workshops dedicated to bird watching, but they’re offering more than just that.
She says there will be other nature walks to look at and discuss wildlife, flowers, and trees.
Toth says they’ll also be giving photography workshops to see nature through the lens of a camera.
Not all the events will be contained to the park – – there will be several tours throughout the Bruce Peninsula.
The festival runs from May 28th to the 31st and again next week from June 3rd to the 6th.
