Prices for Grand Bend have gone up slightly from — 400 thousand to 425 thousand dollars.
In the Sauble Beach/Bruce Peninsula region — the going price for a recreation property in the 350 thousand dollar range.
600thousand the starting price for a recreation property in the Collingwood area.
And in the Flesherton Beaver Valley region, 389 thousand is the staring price of a vacation home.
Wasaga Beach saw an increase in the starting price for recreation homes up from 525 thousand to 570 thousand dollars.
