Some residents in the Kincardine area have called about individuals going door to door — collecting money for the Women’s House.
They claim to be from the Charity of Hope.
But the Women’s House advises residents they never go door to door to canvass for donations.
Officials fear someone may be trying to steal money.
One person is described as a man in his 40’s with grayish blonde hair.
If this happens to you — you are asked to call the OPP.
