There are plenty of winter activities to take in at Tiverton’s Winterfest this weekend.
It’s being put on in part by the Tiverton Agricultural Society.
Spokesperson Doreen Soloduka says events kick off tonight with a road hockey tournament and family dance.
Soloduka says events resume tomorrow morning with a pancake breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM.
Snow sculpting and other activities run from 1 PM to 3 PM in the afternoon – and tobogganing until 4 PM.
Soloduka says there is a free skating party with hot dogs and drinks from 7 PM to 9 PM to cap the day off.
A worship service takes place Sunday followed by a country jamboree.

Soloduka encourages residents to “winter festival hop” as well – as Ripley is holding many events during the same time.
