The cause of a weekend house fire in Kincardine will remain undetermined.
Kincardine Fire Chief Jamie MacKinnon says they know the blaze started in the garage area on Saturday morning because the owner reported that fact.
MacKinnon says he met with an insurance company engineer and they could come up with no cause for the fire at the Kennard Crescent home.
He says it will remain undetermined.
MacKinnon says damage is now estimated at over 200 thousand dollars.
He says the insurance adjuster is looking at a complete loss of the home.
Nobody was hurt in the blaze as the family inside were alerted by the smoke detector and escaped to a neighbour’s home.
