Grey County OPP say this guy was probably lucky to be arrested when he was.
A motorist on Grey Road 4 early Sunday morning swerved to avoid something on the road half way between Maxwell and Flesherton — and was shocked to realize it was a person.
He called 9-1-1 and officers arrived on the scene within minutes.
They found the man sound asleep in the middle of the road.
Police say while being escorted off the pavement — he became unruly and needed to be handcuffed.
A 22 year old Grey Highlands man faces several charges including being intoxicated in a public place as well as resisting arrest and breach of probation.
