A Port Elgin man has claimed one of the grand prizes from this year’s Heart and Stroke Winter Lottery.
Marshall Dolbeck won over 87 thousand dollars ($87,803).
Area Heart and Stroke Manager Jason Hoffman says the fact there is another local winner shows that residents of Grey Bruce are supportive of their work.
100 per cent of the lottery proceeds go towards Heart and Stroke research.
