A 58 year old man from South Bruce Peninsula has been charged with sexual assault.
Bruce Peninsula OPP arrested the suspect on Wednesday in Owen Sound — and he will appear in bail court on Thursday.
The OPP say the alleged incident occurred in 2009 — but it was only reported to police on Wednesday.
The name of the suspect and information about the victim have not been released.
