A brand new health and fitness business is open in Owen Sound.
Donna-Lynn’s T-Zone opened its doors Monday and features the newest fitness machine approved by Health Canada.
Owner Donna-Lynn Stewart says the machines literally “shake your way to good health.”
She says spending ten minutes on these machines that shake, is like getting a one-hour workout in the gym.
You can do strength and stretching exercises on the T-Zone machine.
Stewart says it increases strength, and improves flexibility and circulation.
She says it’s a good workout for anyone from teenagers to seniors.
A 50-dollar per month membership will get you unlimited sessions, with a maximum of 20 minutes on the machine per day.
Stewart is also selling the machines for you to have in your home.
The new business is located in the plaza on 16th Street East across from Heritage Place Mall, and open from 9 AM to 7 PM.
