A pre-trial hearing for a Wingham man charged with second degree murder will be held next week.
26 year old Ron Ward appeared in court this week — but his pre-trial hearing has been re-scheduled for next Friday January 28th.
Ward was charged with the murder of 22 year old Scott Hayes, whose body was found in a Wingham parking lot last February.
The same charge against his brother Chris Ward was dropped after a preliminary trial found insufficient evidence to proceed.
