10 more war veterans have been honoured in Owen Sound.
The Billy Bishop Home and Museum presented a keepsake plaque to the veterans who were part of the 11th annual “Honouring Our Local Veterans” exhibit.
The list includes Charles Dell, Howard Donovan, Eric Eastwood, Art Hawes, Yvonne Inkster, Michael Krulicki, Gladys Morris, Glen Rawson, Percy Staight and Lorne Weatherall.
The plaque documents the Veteran’s personal and war service history.
The Museum pays tribute to war veterans in Bruce and Grey Counties each year through the exhibit.
The Museum also asks families to continue to share their stories to grow the war veterans database.
