Today is a snow day for hundreds of students in Grey Bruce.
That’s due to icy and slick roads, which caused most buses to cancel their routes on Thursday morning.
Rural buses were cancelled for many schools — except those in Saugeen Shores and Kincardine.
Many electives have been cancelled as well, but schools are still open today if students can get there safely.
And high school co op students who were to attend the orientation today at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre will have to do it tomorrow since they have been re-scheduled.
Student placements are requested to arrive at the previously arranged times.
Driver Education in class sessions scheduled at OSCVI, West Hill Secondary School, and Grey Highlands Secondary Schools have been cancelled for this afternoon due to bus cancellations.
