The Hanover Police Board will meet Tuesday to discuss the future of its police dispatch service.
The board has lost its biggest contract, as West Grey has decided to switch to the Owen Sound Police Dispatch next year.
Vice Chair Rick Hopkins says they will crunch the numbers and look at their options to keep the dispatch in Hanover.
The board has already given a one year notice to its customers about the possibility of ending dispatch services.
The list includes Hanover and Wingham Police and 21 fire departments in Grey, Bruce and Huron Counties.
The Hanover Police Department employees 9 dispatchers — six full time and three part time employees.
