Everything is back to normal at Bruce Power.
An investigation is now complete after a truck doing a routine transfer of heavy water between Bruce B generating station and Bruce A set off a radiation detection monitor on Monday.
The company temporarily closed the on-site road as a precautionary measure when it happened.
Officials say an examination of the truck’s route was inspected and it was clear.
And they say a protective device performed its function, and there was no release of radiation above regulatory limits.
Workers were still able to get on and off the site on Monday evening.
