Three people have now been arrested in connection with an assault at a home on 1st avenue south in Chesley.
The incident happened on December 29th at about 5:30 PM.
South Bruce OPP say the home owner refused to cooperate with the suspects and was assaulted.
During the assault, a firearm was brandished before the suspects fled the residence.
The home owner was treated for minor injuries sustained during the encounter.
In the latest arrest, 33 year old Robert Delaperrelle of Hanover is charged with Robbery with firearm, Disguise with intent, Assault with a weapon, Possess prohibited or restricted firearm, Breach probation and Fail to comply with an undertaking or recognizance.
Earlier this month, two people were picked up in the case.
28 year old Jamie Lynn Kendrick of Neustadt has been arrested and charged with Robbery with firearm and Public Mischief Accuse other person.
33 year old Wade Milunas of Neustadt has been arrested and charged with Robbery with firearm and Disguise with intent.
Delaperrelle is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on Monday January 17th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
Kendrick is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on Tuesday January 18th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
Miliunas is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on Thursday January 20th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
