An Owen Sound woman — charged with second degree murder — will be back in Owen Sound court on January 26th.
46 year old Erin Lees is charged in the first homicide case in the Scenic City in five years.
Her case was in Owen Sound court on Thursday and it was put over until January 26th, when it will be spoken to.
Lees is charged with second degree murder after her common law husband 34 year old Gary Fernando Caribou died September 10th of his injuries at their home on 4th Avenue East.
There is a publication ban on the terms of the bail conditions.
