The Southern Ontario Ski Bees are back for a 36th year.
The Ski Bees take adult skiers of all ages and abilities to top private ski clubs in the Collingwood area.
Organizer Nancy Dickinson says it gives people a chance to ski in places they normally wouldn’t be able to.
Dickinson says they have bus transportation by chartered luxury coach available from all over Southern Ontario, including a bus leaving from Owen Sound.
The Ski Bees gather mid-week at private clubs including Osler Bluff, Craigleith, Devil’s Glen and Alpine Ski Clubs.
Dickinson says it’s a great way to meet new friends and get professional instruction from fully certified Canadian Ski Instructors.
She says some of her Ski Bees have been with the program for the entire 36 years.
The eight week program begins January 11th.
