A four-time Stanley Cup champion from Kincardine has passed away.
Johnny Wilson lost his battle with lung cancer at the age of 82.
Wilson scored 161 goals and added 171 assists in 688 NHL games with Detroit, Toronto, Chicago and the New York Rangers.
He won all four of his Cups with the Red Wings.
Toronto Maple Leafs coach Ron Wilson announced his uncle’s death on Tuesday on Twitter.
