About 16 hundred homes in southwestern Ontario are without power after thunderstorms swept through earlier today.
The system is moving east from the Goderich area, to north of Toronto.
Hydro One says that in the Clinton District, which includes Blyth, Downie, Fullarton, Goderich, and Usborne there are over 1600 people without power.
About 20 residents in Lambton County are also without power.
Hydro One did expect to have power up and running by 1:45 PM.
